Rubberneckers: Everyone’s Favorite Travel Game

Product Description
A great car game! “Made to avoid car sickness,” as my prone-to-car-sickeness son explains. Generally, players look out the window to find objects described in the cards. Points for each found object vary. The very sturdy box is built to withstand the wildest, most rambunctious family! Don’t travel without one of these games!(Selected as Outstanding by Parent Council)… More >>

How do you get reading time in during a long car ride? Make it a game and use everything on the road around you as part of the experience. It also helped keep the perennial “are we there yet” at bay. Depending on any of my three sons reading stages we have played in teams to include everybody. Even the 4yr old can look for the “dog riding in a car”, while his 13 yr old brother looks for a sign that says “hospital”. My sons and I love it.

We first played this with only adults in the car (late 20s to early 30s) on a long drive across Texas, and it kept us in stitches the whole time. Now I bring it on every road trip. We sometimes simplify the rules, and several things are easier spotted on an urban drive as opposed to a rural one. But I highly recommend this game to help pass the time. We are driving from Houston to Orlando in a few weeks with only adults in the car, and you can bet I’m bringing Rubberneckers with me!

This is an awesome game for in the car. It doesn’t matter if we are going on a short trip or a long one, my son (9years old) always reaches for the deck of Rubberneckers first thing. We keep it in the car so we know we won’t be without it. Even we adults have fun searching for the objects on the cards. Would definitely recommend it!

Better than snacks, more effective than pit stops! And everyone can join in the fun. Our family of five had a blast on a 3 hour road trip. Everyone but the baby participated and we couldn’t stop playing even after we reached our destination.
